From Elektra Initiative

The software and info related to the Elektra Initiative can be found at libelektra.org and (in all) the following places:

• Download C source and RPMs from sourceforge.net
• Subversion repository (see bellow), thanks to Sean Russel
• The kdbedit GUI tool for easy key database administration, also on Subversion repo.
• Download patches for X.org, /sbin/init and others from sourceforge.net.

• For development you should join #elektra channel of irc.freenode.net.
