  • Permaculture Principles

    1. Work with Nature, Not Against
    2. Problem is the Solution
    3. Plan for efficient energy use
    4. Value Diversity
    5. Cycle energy, nutrients and information as locally as possible within the system
    • i.e. to connect output and input for example: The use of dung as fertilizer.
    • or other example: that people write e2e tests in syntax to clarify their issues. This output can be used as input for e2e tests.
    • The use of animal dung
    • Efficient energy use is related to performance increase
    • Time waste in Project management, you try to find a way to use our energy as efficient as possible
    • Working with the framework not against it, in react people with less experience they tend to work against it by merging the input and ideas of many people you can create a great outcome
    • Don't see distractions as distraction but as breaks, we need breaks to solve issues
  • status

    • Permaplant state and development is now working reasonable well
    • infrastructure is in the process of clarifying its status, so that staging setup can be verified
    • Some troubles with understanding what all the parts are doing and more tests are needed to be done
    • Impression by Noah: Biggest issue with Service health testcases, how much do other people know about the infrastructure behind Perma?
    • The questions is if all environments are the same on staging like on production.
  • new Gherkin Syntax guideline, use it for all manual or e2e tests you write

    • @Criticality should be written on top of the feature file when all testcases have the same criticality
    • From status in review there is no way back to current sprint when Liza moves it back on sprint wechsel. We want to figure out what needs to be done when there is still work todo in open MRs.
  • Feedback circles for MRs should be short, if it takes a long time, new things can be found that will make the MR take even more time

    • For bigger changes we maybe don't want to pressure it into dev, we could do extra feature branches to finish up implementations.
    • but such branches are currently not needed
